AgentaOS charges a fee on each payment you accept, plus an optional monthly plan that lowers your rate. Tax registration, collection, remittance and invoicing are included in that fee, because AgentaOS is your merchant of record. Each payout carries a payout fee of 1% (minimum €1 or $1); see Payouts. There are no setup costs.

Plans

  • Pay as you go is the no-commitment entry lane. No monthly fee, slightly higher per-transaction rate.
  • Pro lowers every rate by ~0.5%. It pays for itself at roughly €10,000/mo in volume, and the dashboard tells you when you cross that line.
  • Scale is for high-volume merchants (higher limits, negotiated rates).
Your plan and rates are on Settings → Billing. To move to Pro, click Upgrade to Pro on Settings → Billing, then click Email us and send the email it opens. You can also write to contact@agentaos.ai. AgentaOS switches your account, and the new rate applies from your next payment. Platforms, which manage businesses for clients or for other apps of the same company, work on every plan. Transaction fees apply to the gross amount and are netted from your settlement, so there is nothing to invoice or pay separately.

Card payment costs

The card rate depends on where your buyer’s card was issued. AgentaOS settles each charge in its own currency and lets the buyer cover FX, so you are not paying a conversion markup. On Pay as you go, a card issued outside the EEA costs 6.0% + €0.50 in total. The Pro card rate (4.0% + €0.40) is a flat price to you regardless of your buyer’s origin.

Payouts

Each payout carries a payout fee of 1% of the amount paid out, with a minimum of €1 or $1. A bank payout also carries the cost of the bank transfer, passed through at cost. See the payout fee table on Supported countries and Payouts.
