This charge is for a digital product or subscription you bought. AgentaOS is the merchant of record that handled the payment on the seller’s behalf, so your statement showsAGENTAOS* followed by the seller’s name, for example AGENTAOS* KNEEGUARD. This is normal and expected.

Search your inbox for your AgentaOS receipt. It lists the product name, the seller, and the amount.

Match the amount and date
Compare the amount and date on the receipt to the charge on your statement.
I still do not recognize the charge
Contact us with the exact amount, the date it appeared, and the last 4 digits of the card or account charged. We will identify the product and seller for you.I want to cancel a subscription
Contact the seller to cancel, or cancel in the seller’s own software or app. Your receipt names the seller: the email is titled “Receipt from” and the seller’s name. To reach the seller, reply to the receipt email: your reply goes to the seller. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.I want a refund
Refund policies are set by each seller. Contact the seller first, using the support email on their website or your receipt. If the seller does not respond within 7 days, contact us and we will help.I think this charge is fraudulent
