A person reviews it, and once your business is verified you can accept live payments. Test payments work before that. ```bash theme={"system"} agenta verify status ``` ## Commands | Command | What it does | | - | - | | `agenta verify declaration` | The five statements you attest to when you submit. | | `agenta verify submit …` | Submit business verification. | | `agenta verify status` | Where your verification stands. | | `agenta verify resubmit` | Send it back for review after the changes AgentaOS asked for. | Every command takes `--json` for one JSON object, and `--business ` to act as a [business you manage](/cli/businesses). ## Declaration Read the five statements before you submit. `--accept-declaration` on `verify submit` attests to all five. ```bash theme={"system"} agenta verify declaration ``` ```bash Output theme={"system"} Submitting verification attests that: - My pricing is visible before checkout, not after. - My product name doesn't borrow someone else's brand. - Any reviews or user counts on my site are real. - My site has a public Privacy Policy and Terms. - My product isn't built for spam, fraud or harassment. Not supported (we do not sell these): Adult content, Gambling, Weapons, Drugs & supplements, Financial advice, Counterfeit goods, Data scraping, Engagement farming. An application for one of these is refused, not reviewed. If one turns out not to be true, we stop payouts and may close the account. A review rejected for a prohibited product or fraud cannot be resubmitted for three months. ``` If an agent runs this for you, it reads the statements to you and you confirm each one. The command checks every required flag before it sends anything. If flags are missing, it names all of them in one message:

  `business` or `individual`.



  The registered company name, or your full legal name.



  The company registration number. Required when `--entity` is `business`.



  The name buyers see on their statement. Defaults to `--legal-name`.



  The country of registration, two-letter code, e.g. `EE`.



  The registered address.



  The city.



  The postal code.



  The country of the address, two-letter code. Defaults to `--country`.



  Your product's page on your own site, e.g. `https://example.com`.



  One sentence on what your product does.



  `saas`, `digital`, `services`, `marketplace`, `physical` or `other`.



  How buyers get what they pay for: `instant_digital`, `email_delivery`, `subscription_access`, `manual`, `scheduled_service`, `physical_shipped` or `other`.



  Your sales volume band: `under_1k`, `1k_10k`, `10k_50k` or `over_50k`.



  You already have paying customers.



  Your site shows reviews or user counts.



  Attest to the five statements in `agenta verify declaration`.

A submitted application cannot be edited. If you run `verify submit` again, nothing is sent:

If you run a platform, `agenta verify submit … --business ` files your client's verification for them. AgentaOS records that the platform filed it.

The first line depends on where your verification stands:

| State | First line |

| Not submitted | You have not submitted business verification yet. Read verify declaration, then verify submit. |
| In review | Your business verification is with us; nothing to do until we write back. |
| Changes requested | Your verification is waiting on changes from you. |
| Verified | Your business is verified. |
| On hold | Your account is on hold. |
| Rejected | Your verification was rejected. |

When AgentaOS asks for changes, the next line lists them and ends with "Send it back with verify resubmit once done." On hold and rejected add the reason, and a rejection can add the date after which you can apply again.

## Resubmit

Make the changes AgentaOS asked for, then send the application back. You retype nothing: the application on file is reused.
